Shopping Guide 

The Condition Scale describes the usage of each piece sold at the boutique.

    • Thrifty pieces are worn two to three times
    • New pieces have never been used
    • Classic pieces are timeless, worn four or more times
      Each piece offers a more detailed description of it's condition. Thrifty & Classic pieces will exhibit some signs of wear & tear.

      Payments & Protection

      Checkout is simple. We work with Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is only debited once your order has been shipped. 
      You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'.
       
      Shopping at Sachy's Closet is safe & secure. We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.

      Processing Times & Tracking 

        • Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
        • Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
        • Certain pieces may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the item page.
        • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

        Changes ?

        Final Sale Items

        Some pieces are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for Sachy's Closet site credit. If a Final Sale item you purchase is misrepresented submit a Misrepresentation Claim via email, within 4 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

        Refunds

        • To qualify for a refund, process must be initiated with in 15 days of receipt.
        • All items must be in the same condition in which you received them (Must be returned with tags attached).
        • If an item does not arrive as described, please reach out to the Sachy's Closet support team.
        • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.

            Non-U.S. purchases

            All items purchased outside the U.S. are Final Sale and cannot be returned for any reason. Be sure to carefully review all item details before buying.
